1. Booking & Confirmation
Once your booking is successfully made, a confirmation email will be sent to you by our third-party partner.
Booking Confirmation Timeline:
- Instant Confirmation Activities: Confirmation email will be sent within 5 minutes of booking.
- Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: Confirmation email will be sent within 24–72 hours.
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that correct contact details are provided at the time of booking.
2. Prices & Payment
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the activity booked.
- Guests are required to refer to the specific activity’s cancellation policy for detailed terms.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days.
- No refunds will be issued for No-Shows.
4. Booking Amendments
- Requests to amend booking details (including date or time) must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled activity date.
- All amendment requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
- Mystravels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an activity due to weather conditions or unforeseen operational circumstances.
- In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund, excluding any bank or payment processing fees.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Guests must ensure that they meet all activity participation requirements, including but not limited to age, health, and physical condition.
- Guests are required to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the activity operator at all times.
- Mystravels shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents incurred during the activity.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
- Some activities offered by Mystravels are operated by third-party service providers.
- Mystravels acts solely as a booking agent and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, or safety practices of these providers.
- Guests must comply with all terms, conditions, and safety rules set by the activity operator.
7. Travel Insurance
- Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen events.
8. Liability & Force Majeure
- Mystravels shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
- By proceeding with a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
