1. Booking & Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed by our third-party partner, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Booking Confirmation Timeline:
- Instant Confirmation Activities: Confirmation email will be sent within 5 minutes after booking.
- Non-Instant Confirmation Activities: Confirmation email will be sent within 24–72 hours after booking.
2. Prices & Payment
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- This activity is strictly non-refundable.
- Any cancellation or no-show will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.
- Guests must refer to the activity’s Cancellation Policy for full details.
4. Booking Amendments
- No amendments are allowed once the booking is confirmed.
- Requests to change the date, time, or participant details will not be accepted.
- Guests who wish to make changes must place a new booking at full cost.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Guests must ensure they meet all activity requirements, including age, health, and fitness conditions.
- Guests must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the operator at all times.
- Mystravels shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or accidents incurred during the activity.
6. Third-Party Providers
- Some activities are operated by trusted third-party service providers.
- Mystravels acts solely as a booking platform and is not responsible for the services, actions, or safety practices of third-party operators.
- Guests must comply with all rules, terms, and safety requirements set by the activity provider.
7. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to purchase personal travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, accidents, or unforeseen events.
8. Liability & Force Majeure
Mystravels shall not be responsible for any delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events.
