1. What time should I arrive?
Arrive at the park at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot to register and prepare.
2. What should I wear?
Wear comfortable sportswear with ankle-support shoes. Sandals, slippers, and loose accessories are not allowed. Long hair must be tied up, and cameras (like GoPros) are allowed if secured properly.
3. What happens if it rains?
The activity may continue if it’s light rain. However, for safety reasons, evacuation may occur if weather worsens. A reschedule voucher will be provided (no refunds).
4. Are there height or weight restrictions?
Yes. Minimum height is 110 cm and maximum weight is 100 kg.
5. What if I can't complete the course?
There are emergency exits (Chicken Exit) for those who wish to stop the activity mid-way.
6. What if I get stuck?
Instructors will assist and retrieve you according to SOPs.
7. Will an instructor accompany me?
Instructors monitor from the ground and stations, but you’ll complete the course independently.
8. Do I need to be physically fit?
Yes. This is an extreme sport that requires basic agility, strength, and stamina.
9. Can I join if I have medical conditions?
You must obtain a doctor’s approval. Skytrex reserves the right to restrict participation.
