Snorkelling equipment and life jackets are provided.
Children and infants must be under adult supervision at all times.

4. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Any cancellation by the customer will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.
No refunds will be given for late cancellations, no-shows, or missed departures.
If the activity is cancelled by the operator due to bad weather, technical issues, safety concerns, or insufficient participants, customers will be offered:
- A rescheduled date, or
- A full refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–20 working days after the intended departure date.
Any bank or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

The Marine Park Fee is not included in the package price and must be paid at the jetty before starting the activity. The current fees are as follows:
