Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for boarding.

3. Late Boarding:

Guests arriving late may arrange a speedboat transfer to catch up with the yacht
Extra charges apply (RM200 onwards for taxi/speedboat transfers).

4. Weather Policy:

Cruises will continue during light rain, with canopies and saloon areas available for shelter.
In the event of unsafe conditions, only the Captain or Management may cancel the trip. Guests will be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Children Policy:

Children aged 4–12 years are charged the child rate.
Children aged 3 years and below may join free of charge.
All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

6. Jellyfish Advisory:

Although rare, jellyfish may be present. Guests with allergies to stings are strongly advised not to swim.
Crew assistance will be provided if needed, but the operator is not liable for any incidents.

7. Special Food Requests:
